WHO DAT!

This was made, obviously for a Saints fan, so no, I didn't have to pipe a hidden fleur-de-lis!  The cake was vanilla, filled with Bavarian cream.

SOMETHING FISHY GOING ON...

I made these two cakes for personal friends of ours' little boys' birthday party.  The flounder was made of red velvet cake, with a cream cheese frosting.  The speckled trout was almond wedding cake with almond buttercream.  Happy Birthday James & Jacob!

AARRGGHH!

This cake was made for a little boy's pirate party.  The island was built up to hide his birthday present inside the cake!  When the tree was pulled out, out came a bottle holding buried treasure!!

HOUMA INDIAN TRIBE CAKE

This cake was made for the principal chief of the Houma Indian tribe for his birthday.  It was a German chocolate filled, chocolate cake, frosted with buttercream.  The seal was done as a buttercream transfer, while the side borders were free-piped using tribe symbols.

DALLAS COWBOYS

This red velvet cake was made for a Cowboys fan, obviously.  And just because it was a Cowboys cake, I did pipe a fleur-de-lis hidden on the back corner in icing :)

MAXINE

Happy Birthday Linda!
This red velvet cake was made for my mother-in-law Linda's birthday.  I piped Maxine in navy blue to represent her at work...

DUCK HUNTING

This cake was done for my neighbors who wanted a duck hunting theme.  I made the top as a replica of their chocolate lab.  In photos, the colors did come out off and looks shiny...
