Today was Allison's Head Start Graduation. This is the cake I made for them. It was a vanilla cake, half filled with Bavarian Cream, and the other half was pineapple. It was iced with 3/4 vanilla/almond buttercream. It was delicious if I do say so myself! (Getting a little better icing the cakes too)
